Measuring Pupillary Height (PH):

Put on the actual glasses if available.

Ask someone to stand in a natural upright position in front of you at eye level, or look yourself into the eyes in the mirror.

With a millimeter ruler, measure from the bottom of the lens (inside the lower part of the frame) up to the center of your pupil — for each eye.
That’s your PH for each lens. Enter the values in the order!
